These terms govern your use of sterlingrow.shop and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you accept them. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

1. Who we are

2. The contract

Product listings are an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. If an item is unavailable or a price is shown in error, we may decline the order and will refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and the payment providers shown at checkout; we do not receive or store your full card details.

4. Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Measurements and fit guidance are indicative. Where a garment description does not state a material or performance property, none is claimed.

5. Delivery

Delivery times, costs and the maximum delivery period are set out in our Delivery policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Withdrawal, returns and guarantee

Your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, our 30-day returns policy, and the three-year legal guarantee of conformity are set out in Returns & Refunds, which forms part of these terms.

7. Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your authorisation.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to interfere with its operation. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

9. Intellectual property

The Sterling Row name, site content, photography and copy are owned by us or used under licence, and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

10. Liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under the legal guarantee of conformity.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another EU member state, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of that country, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.

If something goes wrong, please write to sac@sterlingrow.shop first — most issues are resolved quickly. You may also refer the matter to the consumer authorities in your country of residence.
