How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is complimentary on every order, with no minimum spend. Express Delivery is €9.90.

How long does it take?
Standard is 10–20 business days. Express is 5–8 business days. Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days before transit begins.

Where do you ship?
The European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order is dispatched.

Sizing

How do I choose a size?
Every product page carries a size guide next to the size selector. Measure a garment you already own and compare — it is more reliable than guessing from a label.

I am between sizes.
Take the larger size for a relaxed fit through the chest and shoulder, particularly on outerwear you intend to layer.

Returns

What is the return window?
30 days from delivery, on top of your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Who pays return postage?
The customer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect — in which case we cover it.

How long does a refund take?
Within 14 days of us receiving the return, back to the original payment method.

Orders and payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
All methods shown at checkout, processed securely by Shopify. We never see or store your card details.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Only before dispatch. Contact us as quickly as you can and we will do what we can.
